Using GSix
You may use public areas and playable experiences for lawful personal use. You must not interfere with the network, bypass security or access limits, automate abusive traffic, manipulate advertising, falsely claim rewards, scrape protected information, impersonate another person, or use GSix to violate another person’s rights.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping sign-in methods secure. Account features may change while the shared Lok Passport is developed. We may restrict or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security threats, or repeated rule violations.
Games, progress, and virtual items
Games may change, reset, pause, or end as they are developed. Scores, achievements, pets, Card Credits, Lok Tokens, and other virtual items are licensed features, not property, currency, deposits, investments, or promises of future value. They may not be sold or transferred unless a specific feature and separate rules explicitly permit it.
Community content
You keep ownership of original content you post. You give GSix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and format it as needed to operate and promote the feature where it was submitted. You must have the rights to anything you post. We may remove unlawful, infringing, unsafe, deceptive, or abusive material and may act on reports.
Third-party links and media
GSix may link to artists, game deployments, YouTube, podcast platforms, stores, or other independent services. Their terms and privacy practices apply there. A link or embed does not imply ownership or endorsement.
Services and payments
Creative services begin only after both sides agree to a written scope, price, timeline, revision allowance, ownership terms, and payment schedule. Displayed price ranges are starting points, not binding quotes. Marketplace purchases, memberships, or lifetime packages will not open until the exact benefits, limits, refund terms, and payment process are published.
Intellectual property
GSix names, original artwork, interfaces, writing, game assets, and software are owned by GSix Designs or used under license. These terms do not grant permission to resell, clone, or commercially exploit them. References and fan discussion must not create confusion about source or sponsorship.
Disclaimers and liability
The network is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, GSix disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid GSix for the applicable service during the prior 12 months, or $100 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation.
Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for claims caused by your unlawful use, content, or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Tennessee law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact hello@gsix.online so both sides can attempt an informal resolution.
